1. What does warranty cover?
Meowlashes makes all the items from our store. We always try our best to give our customers high-quality products. Meowlashes will cover the following issues:
– Failure of workmanship and craftsmanship
– Failure of materials
– Production defects
– Delivery defects
It does not cover general wear and tears or damage caused by using the item other than its intended purpose. Likewise, fluctuating fit, abuse of the product, and disregard for the product care instructions are not covered.

2. How long does it last?
All items from Meowlashes have a 90-day warranty. If customers have any problem with the products, please contact us via support@meowmeowlashes.com to get further support.

3. What Meowlashes do with this warranty policy?
Meowlashes has the Quality Control department to help customers solve their problems as soon as possible.

If the defective/wrong items are still in warranty coverage, Meowlashes  ensures that Meowlashes will take all responsibility for any problem caused by manufacturer or carrier faults.

If the item is still available in our stock, Meowlashes  will send the free replacement. In case of out-of-stock, customers can get a FULL refund following the commitment betweenMeowlashes and customers.

Timeframe and Warranty Terms:

– Defective within 1-7 days of using: Get a free replacement item or a full refund.

– Defective within 8-90 days of using: Get a free replacment item.

– Defective within 91-365 days of using: Fix or get another item.

*Note: Only defective products in manufacture, packaging, and delivery are the responsibility of Meowlashes . Problems emerging during use as a result of non-compliance with instructions or customer faults, whether unintentional or intentional, are not covered by Meowlashes warranty.
